As the owner and operator of Ashley Goggins Law P.A. - Ashley vigorously advocates for underrepresented fathers in a way that carves and defines paths for strengthening the bonds and relationships father’s have with their children.
Ashley has valuable experience defending cases on behalf of clients throughout Duval county and surrounding areas. She is particularly passionate about working with those who are seeking protection in family law matters.
Ashley is an experienced trial attorney. After law school and prior to opening her own defense practice, Ashley worked as an assistant public defender in Duval County, Florida for five years. She aggressively and successfully litigated a wide variety of criminal cases ranging from juvenile delinquency to adult first degree felonies.
Her passion for fighting for the accused led her to begin her own practice.
When Ashley decided to open her own law practice, she put the skills she acquired in law school and her professional career as a trial attorney to work for regular people who encounter legal troubles and need the help of a skilled and experienced attorney.
As an attorney, she takes pride in providing excellent communication and service to each client who comes to her for help. She also relishes the challenges of taking a case to trial and advocating zealously for clients.
When she isn’t working in her law practice, Ashley enjoys traveling, networking and spending time with family. She is also active within her church and community.
